I, THEODORE PATRICK KENNETH KEMBLE of No. 2 queen's Road

Central Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, Solicitor, make

oath and sey as follows

,

1. I am a solicitor with Messrs. Wilkinson & Grist,

the petitioner's solicitors in this matter and I have the

conduct of this matter on behalf of the said petitioner.

2. To the best of my knowledge information and belief

the allegations contained in the petition of the said Ng Loi

Yuen to His Majesty in Council for the reversal of the Judgment

of the Full Court in Hong Kong on the 17th day of October 1934

are true in substance and in fact.

I prepared such petition from facts which came to

my personal knowledge when acting on behalf of the petitioner

in the Full Court in Hong Kong.
